These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.vanbrewerrestomods.com and the services offered through this website, including the sale of products and the use of services such as radio Bluetooth conversions and repairs. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

3. Ordering and Agreement
An agreement is concluded when you place an order and it is confirmed by us. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. The agreement becomes binding only when we have received payment.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment can be made via multiple payment providers. We reserve the right to change the prices. Any shipping costs will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery and Performance
We strive to ship your order within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries will be made to the address you provided during the ordering process. Shipping costs will be calculated during the ordering process. If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Right)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. You must inform us in writing or by email of your decision to withdraw from the agreement within this period. The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or does not match your order.

7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the delivered products or services. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products or services. In the event of damage caused directly by our fault, the compensation will never exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

All agreements and legal relationships are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the court of Roermond will have jurisdiction to handle these disputes, unless you, as a consumer, can bring your case before the competent court in your place of residence.

VanBrewer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will inform you of any changes via our website or by email. The revised terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

12. Warranty on Upgraded Old Products
For upgraded products, such as Bluetooth modified radios from our stock, we offer a 3-month warranty. This warranty covers only the functionality of the Bluetooth feature and other upgraded parts that have been replaced or repaired during the process. The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal use, wear and tear, or damage due to improper use.

13. Exclusions of the Warranty
Since the products are often over 30 years old, the warranty does not cover defects arising from age, wear and tear, or other characteristics specific to the product’s age. We do our best to deliver the products in optimal condition and perform thorough testing to ensure they work well. However, we cannot offer a warranty on the original parts of the product that have not been upgraded or repaired.

However, we understand that wear and tear can occur in older products and we are happy to work with you. If a defect occurs after the warranty period due to wear, you can contact us for repairs at an honest price.
